  3. C isn't really that great for hardware hitting, it's best for OS compliant
  4. applications.  If all you need is AGA stuff in Amos, your very best bet
  5. is to write an Amos Extension in Assembly that will do the hardware hitting
  6. you need.  From your description, I bet you have been doking/poking/loking
  7. the blitter all from within Amos?  If so, writing those routines in an ASM
  8. Extension will be MUCH faster, and you'll still have the power of all of
  9. Amos' other commands.
